Pastry Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. flour (nonsifted)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Bring water and butter to a boil.
    Add flour.
    Cool mixture before adding eggs, so they don't cook.
    Stir in eggs separately. Cook on buttered tins at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown and crusty top.
    Don't open oven door often, or puffs will fall. Stuff with pudding, salad, ice cream, etc.
