Corn Bread - cooking recipe

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. melted shortening or bacon drippings
1 c. milk
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients.
Bake in muffin pan or iron skillet at 375\u00b0 until golden brown.
