Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. flaked coconut
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can cherry pie filling or any fruit filling
Preparation

Melt butter in small frypan. Add coconut and cook until browned. Add brown sugar and Rice Krispies and blend. Spread 3/4 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread ice cream over Rice Krispies. Put remaining Rice Krispies mixture over ice cream. Put in freezer until ready to serve. Spread any pie filling over just before serving.
