Cranberry Chutney - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fresh cranberries
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    1 to 3 tsp. coriander powder
    1 tsp. ground turmeric
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 to 4 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pieces stick cinnamon
Preparation
    Wash cranberries. Heat oil to hot in saucepan. Add wet berries when oil is hot. Stir until berries pop their skin. Add sugar and cook over medium heat until syrupy. Add other ingredients and cook until it has good body. Spoon into jars like jelly. It keeps a season very well in refrigerator or process to seal.
