Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion
1 large can pinto beans
1 large can corn
1 large can tomato sauce
garlic salt to taste
chili powder to taste
2 c. shredded cheese (American or Cheddar)
1 large pkg. nachos or Doritos
Preparation

Brown meat with onion; drain.
Mix remaining ingredients. Cook, until bubbling, on medium heat.
Stir often.
Pour into large pan, top with Doritos and sprinkle with cheese.
Place in oven around 400\u00b0.
Remove when cheese melts.
