Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    2 lb. Ricotta
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavor
Preparation
    Grease and flour 9 x 12 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together 1 package of yellow cake mix according to directions on package.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    In separate bowl, mix Ricotta, eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon flavor.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour over cake batter. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
    Cool thoroughly.
    When cool, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Freezes well.
    Also on individual pieces you can sprinkle with rum just before serving.
