Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar (may add less)
    4 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. cinnamon
    4 to 6 medium apples, peeled and cut up
    1 c. nuts
    4 eggs
    4 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl.
    Add\tapples;
    stir
    to barely cover.
    In another bowl, mix eggs, vanilla and oil.
    Add to flour mixture and mix well.\tAdd nuts.
    Bake
    for
    50
    minutes at 350\u00b0 in 2 greased loaf pans. (May also use tube pan, Bundt pan or a 13 x 9-inch pan.)
