Meat Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. oil
1 small head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 tsp. parsley
4 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Brown meat in oil; add lettuce.
Let it wilt.
Chop vegetables; add vegetables and rest of ingredients to meat.
Cook until vegetables are done.
Serve over cooked rice.
