Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 can pinto beans (15 or 15 1/2 oz.)
    2 unbaked pie shells
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mash beans with fork and add all ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and browned.
    Let cool and serve with Cool Whip.
