Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large scallops
1 can condensed cream of shrimp soup
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. dry white wine (Chablis)
1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Rinse scallops and drain well.
Blend soup and flour. Gradually stir in milk and wine.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
Stir in Mozzarella cheese and parsley.
Fold scallops into sauce and spoon into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
