Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
4 Tbsp. mustard
3 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
cracker meal
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix all ingredients, except cracker meal, together. Pack mixture well into cleaned crab shells. Sprinkle with cracker meal. Place in baking pan and bake about 30 minutes. This is also a good stuffing for shrimp or fish. Yield: 8 deviled crabs.
