Wyoming Zucchini Bread("A Favorite From The 76 Cookbook.") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw zucchini, shredded
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. ground cloves
    1 c. walnuts, chopped (optional)
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour two 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
    In mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and shredded zucchini. Mix until blended.
