Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Boil zucchini in water for 5 minutes or less.
    Do not overcook.
    Mix rest of ingredients and pour over zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Marinate overnight.
    Serve with pimento stuffed olives and slices of avocado.
