Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thick pork chops
6 large potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Place washed and sliced potatoes into buttered casserole, 9 x 13-inch.
Pour milk over top.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Place pork chops on top.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
