Creamed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 3/4 c. milk
    6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
Preparation
    In a heavy saucepan melt butter.
    Stir in flour, dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
    Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
    Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes longer.
    Carefully stir in eggs.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over toasted bread or English muffins.
