Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour together and put over rhubarb.
Let stand while making crust.
Mix eggs and milk.
Pour over rhubarb and mix.
Pour into a 9 or 10-inch unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then turn oven back to 350\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
