Swiss Pork Chops In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops or pork steaks
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste and 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. flour
    garlic powder or garlic salt
    meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Heat 1 deep frypan or electric skillet.
    Place oil in pan. Mix flour and spices together.
    Cover chops in flour mixture. Place in hot oiled pan.
    Fry brown on both sides under medium heat. Place sliced onions and green peppers over chops.
    Pour tomato sauce mixture over chops.
    Bring to boil, lower heat to simmer. Every so often, move chops around so they don't burn.
    Serve with egg noodles-rice.
    Use sauce as topping.
