Savory Baked Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. spareribs
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and dry meat.
    Arrange spareribs meaty-side up in a shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Combine cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Cook over medium heat.
    Stir constantly until boiling.
    Remove from heat. Pour sauce over meat.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Baste occasionally.
