Linda'S Rice And Nut Vegetarian Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 c. dry bread crumbs, croutons or seasoned crumbs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Put in oiled baking dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven; immediately turn out onto a platter.
    Garnish with carrot curls, parsley and tomato wedges.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 6 to 8.
