Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pt. water
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin seed
6 to 7 buttons garlic
1 Tbsp. catsup
salt
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 pkg. tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 lb. cheese
3 onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
salt
Preparation
-
Boil 2 pints water, chili powder, cumin seed, garlic, catsup, salt and butter for 30 minutes.
Then add cornstarch and 1/2 cup water until thickens.
Keep warm.
