Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. 2 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon (juice and rind)
    3 rolled graham crackers (full size)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the cheese. Gradually add eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and lemon juice.
    Butter spring-form pan. Coat with graham crackers. Gently pour in cream cheese mixture.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
