Steak Au Poivre (Peppered Steak) With Garlic "Butter"(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. crushed black peppercorns
    2 boneless club steaks (6 oz. each)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    2 tsp. margarine
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Press 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed pepper into each steak with heel of hand.
    In small bowl, combine lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; set aside.
    In another bowl, combine parsley, margarine and garlic.
    Form into 2 equal balls and refrigerate until well chilled.
