Lasagna Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown beef, onion, green pepper, celery and mushrooms until the beef is no longer pink.
    Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce (mixture should be thick).
    Simmer.
