Citrus Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: diced fresh orange and grapefruit sections
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sweeten fruit with sugar.
    Measure juice and add cold water to make 1 cup.
    Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
    Add measured liquid.
    Chill 3/4 cup gelatin until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
