Chicken Stuffed Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 fully ripened pineapple (not too large)
Preparation

Cut the pineapple in half lenghtwise, including leaf area. With a sharp knife, cut around the inside perimeter, leaving a 1/2-inch shell.
Carefully remove the pineapple and cut into bite-size pieces.
Set aside.
