Creamy Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
pinch of salt
2 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

In a saucepan, mix the cocoa, flour, salt and 1 cup milk. Stir until smooth over low heat.
Mix egg yolks and the other cup of milk in small bowl. Beat until foamy.
Gradually pour in pan with cocoa mixture. Cook until mixture thickens.
Add butter and vanilla. (Use egg whites to make meringue top.)
Put pie filling in cooked shell.
