Baked Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. thinly sliced onions
1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Trim fat from chops and use to brown meat (about 8 minutes per side).
In 3-quart shallow baking pan, place browned chops. Sprinkle rice around chops.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops and rice.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour.
