Cream Of Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    4 c. skim milk
    4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    4 to 5 c. chopped veggies (potatoes, celery, carrots, cauliflower and broccoli)
Preparation
    Make white sauce with flour, margarine and milk.
    After thickened, add bouillon and veggies.
    Simmer.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Also good with clams.
