Rice Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. soft cream cheese
    2 c. sugar
    12 eggs, beaten
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 c. milk
    4 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (NOT instant)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy.
    Add eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 9X13 greased pan or baking dish.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
