Pancakes(Makes About 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar Twin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium eggs
    1 1/4 c. nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. diet margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
    Beat eggs in another bowl; stir in nonfat milk and melted margarine.
    Combine wet and dry ingredients.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are wet.
    Use about 3 tablespoons of mixture for each pancake.
    Cook over low heat until bubbles appear on top.
    Turn and brown on other side.
