Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
3 c. cake flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. diced eating apples
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except apples and flavoring and mix well. Add apples and flavoring and blend. Grease and flour pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Let cool in pan.
