Beef Picadillo Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    3/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 c. water
    10 oz. chopped olives
    3 oz. chopped mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation
    Brown beef in heavy skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer for 2 hours.
    Serve hot with corn chips or tostados.
