Pear Cake(Club Member: Lee Higginbotham) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked pears, mashed
    2 c. sugar (1 c. if pears are sweet)
    3 c. flour
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes (check at 1 hour).
