Veal Scallopini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 veal cutlet
    salt, pepper and flour
    3 tsp. butter
    1 can mushrooms and liquid
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/4 c. water if needed
    1 tsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp each rosemary, tarragon and marjoram
Preparation
    Pound
    salt,
    pepper
    and
    flour
    into cutlet; brown in butter.
    Add
    remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for about 1 hour, all liquid
    should be gone or just a small amount left to pour over rice if wanted.
    Can also use chicken or turkey.
