Shrimp Or Crabmeat Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. fine chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    red pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter. Sauce onions and parsley. Blend in flour, whipping cream and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Fold in crabmeat (if too thin, add a little flour). Serve hot with crackers.
