Teriyaki Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry or wine
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
boiling water
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
pinch of white pepper
2 egg yolks
2 oz. (1/8 lb.) butter
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat the blender.
Put the butter on medium heat. Beat the yolks.
When the butter just starts to sizzle, pour it slowly into the beaten yolks (while beating) through the barely open top of the blender.
Add lemon juice.
Add salt and white pepper to taste.
