Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can baby peas, drained and washed (save 2 Tbsp. juice)
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained and washed
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 red or purple onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. pea juice
Preparation
    Mix last four ingredients and pour over vegetables.
    Chill for 2 hours or overnight.
