Linda'S Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cranberries
3 c. oats
2 2/3 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. orange extract
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. allspice
4 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Chop berries in blender.
In small bowl combine berries, oats, sugar and orange extract.
Set aside.
In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice.
Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to dry mixture, then add cranberry mixture.
Stir until moist.
Pour into 2 (9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 3-inch) bread pans.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Let cool 15 minutes, then remove from pans.
