Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced, tart apples
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. grapes or raisins
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation
-
Sprinkle apples with sugar, lemon juice and salt.
Add celery, nuts and grapes.
Fold mayonnaise into whipped cream.
Gently fold into apple mixture.
Chill.
Serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
Makes 6 servings.
