Guacamole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and quartered
1 clove garlic
1/2 medium onion
1/4 green pepper, seeded and sliced
1 ripe medium tomato
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 to 3 Tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender jar. Cover. Blend on high speed approximately 30 seconds. Stop motor and stir down when necessary. Blend until creamy. Yields approximately 1 cup.
