Chuck Wagon Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp in a 10-inch skillet.
    Add potatoes and onions.
    Season to taste.
    Cook, covered, over low heat about 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
