Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed for 30 minutes
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (1 lb.) carton sour cream
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 c. crushed potato chips (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except potato chips.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch glass casserole.
    Sprinkle the crushed potato chips on top (optional).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10.
