Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
8 to 10 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation

Place ground beef and bacon in electric skillet.
Heat to about 350\u00b0.
Cook and stir until beef is browned.
Add onion; cook until just tender.
Spoon off excess fat.
Blend flour, salt, paprika and pepper into meat.
Stir in mushroom soup.
Cook, uncovered, at about 200\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream.
Heat; serve on noodles or toasted buns.
