Chili Quiche Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. half and half
4 eggs
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle chilies and cheese in pan.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into pan.
Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (approximately 30 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Cut into 1 1/4-inch squares.
