Turkey Meat Loaf Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cold skim milk
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 c. turkey broth, hot
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    mushrooms, lightly sauteed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend the milk into the flour until smooth.
    Blend in the broth.
    Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute; set aside.
    Blend the egg substitute and evaporated skim milk in blender.
    Dribble hot milk-broth-flour mixture slowly in blender, set at low speed.
    Add mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and meat loaf.
