Chinese Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. cole slaw mix
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 pork steaks
1 bag small, salad shrimp
green onion, to taste
celery, to taste
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 pkgs. egg roll wrappers
Preparation

Cook all meats thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients, except egg roll wrappers, in a large bowl and mix well.
Place approximately one tablespoon of mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
Wrap tightly and deep fry until golden brown.
