Good Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chopped mushrooms
    1 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
    1 can pizza sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms.
    Keep liquid and add water, if needed, to equal 1/2 cup.
    Add breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add ground chuck, oregano and 1/2 mushrooms; mix lightly.
    In a pizza pan, form a \"meat\" crust.
    Cut 2 slices of cheese into 8 pieces.
    Layer over meat.
    Top with pizza sauce, onion, pepper, tomatoes and rest of mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with oregano.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Top with rest of cheese; bake 5 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
