Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Cream together butter and Ricotta cheese.
Add vanilla, sugar and egg and beat together.
Add flour and baking soda.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Drop by rounded cookie dough scooper.
Frost with confectioners sugar frosting or cream cheese frosting.
