Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 (1 1/2-inch ) pork chops
2 c. bread crumbs, toasted
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Cut pocket in center of each pork chop.
Mix ingredients and stuff into each pork chop.
Fasten with toothpicks and brown in skillet.
Place in shallow pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
