Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Combine beef, pork, veal, bread crumbs, garlic, pepper, eggs, milk, basil and parsley.
Mix well.
Shape mixture into meat balls, 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Preheat ungreased skillet for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Saute meat balls until evenly browned. Remove as they brown and add to hot spaghetti sauce.
With meat balls in spaghetti sauce, simmer, covered, over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes.
